I would like to change my own watch batteries.  The batteries are really, really cheap (maybe $1 each) and you can purchase the tools online. I have a number of watches, with dead batteries, sitting in a drawer. I’m not motivated to spend $10 per watch getting the batteries replaced, so I might purchase this tool kit.  Full instructions are provided on this site.  Ebay also has a number of watch battery replacement tools.
